The Apple iPhone application review policy is frequently in the news for rejecting applications and thus causing problems for developers. Very recently, Google's application was rejected causing a lot of buzz in the media. Is Apple's application review policy fair?

Yes, the review policy is fair. It keeps bad applications out. Also, Apple has the right to authorize only applications that seem fit. Otherwise, consumers can go purchase some other phone.

Arguments Against

No, the review policy is unfair. A lot of legitimate applications are rejected, and the closed policy only hurts Apple's business.
